Trustee PeriodThe Trustee Period is the 20 years that the colony was governed by 21 people. James Oglethorpe was one of them. After the Trustee period, Georgia was given the King. The trustees couldn't control the malcontents and then withdrew the laws on slavery and rum. Right after that they gave the Georgia colony to King George II one year later.

SalzburgersThe Salzburgers were German villagers that came to Georgia to escape from discrimination. They were very close to each other, and wanted to be in a separate village in Georgia when they arrived. They were very hard working people and they were the only colony to actually make Great Britain a good amount of money.
